Are you an experienced and successful mortgage broker looking for an opportunity to grow your business with a team of highly successful mortgage professionals? We are rapidly expanding and building capacity on our lending team and are looking for a confident and entrepreneurial-minded licensed broker to join us. Responsibilities: --- Maintain strong referral relationships with real estate agents and with mortgage lending sources/ mortgage bankers, gather up to date lending rate sheets and stay abreast of mortgage industry trends --- Conduct a thorough interview to determine each applicant/ potential borrower's specific lending or refinance needs --- Explain varying loan products, buying or refinance process, and lending guidelines to applicants --- Submit application file to lenders in order to apply on the homeowners' behalf --- Shop for competitive mortgage rates and interest rates, and negotiate terms with various lenders to find ideal mortgage lender for the applicant Qualifications: --- Up to date NMLS licensure or National Association of Mortgage Broker license or certification is required --- Independently resourceful mindset with excellent communications, analysis, and time-management skills --- Have a strong understanding of loan products and loan process from origination to close --- Has a proven track record of closing at least 1 loan per month --- 2 years of mortgage loan origination or loan officer experience required About Company: We are currently licensed in NY, NJ, CT, and Florida.
