We are looking for an experienced, service, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. We believe in removing obstacles and creating a supportive environment for you to thrive in. Responsibilities: • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to• Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements• Answer warm transfers of interested clients and dial warm leads to help your business Qualifications: • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $220,000 About Company: We offer: An energetic and fun work environmentIn-house trainingWe promote withinRoom to learn and progressStart your career here!
