About the Graduate Program: As a graduate you'll build a diverse and relevant career platform - learning our business, identifying your career path, and continuing to develop your skills for years to come. Starting in September 2024, you'll join an international cohort of Moody's RMS graduates. You'll begin with a month-long training program, learning from our network of leading developers, scientists, product managers, and customer success practitioners. Following this, you'll participate in our company rotation program, gaining direct experience across various teams and disciplines. Through your rotations you will enhance your knowledge of our products, how they are built, the companies who use them, and the industries managing catastrophe risk. Your work will span our products and markets, developing technical skills and knowledge, problem-solving skills, and communication skills. About the Team: At Moody's RMS, our products are not just tools, they are solutions designed to tackle the most complex challenges in risk management. Our Product team is responsible for ensuring that our offerings are intuitively designed, robustly built, and meticulously maintained. It works closely with clients to understand their needs, collaborating with other teams to develop products that are not only innovative but also practical and user-friendly. Our Product graduates, with their keen understanding of technology and user experience, are instrumental in maintaining our reputation as a trusted provider of industry-leading risk management solutions. As a Graduate in Software Product Management: After completing rotations in up to five teams, you'll transition into your permanent role on the Product Management team. We'll support your career growth to match your ambitions. Many of our team members began as graduates and have brought their skills to various roles and teams over time. This is an opportunity to join our team of innovators and enablers. To succeed as a Product Management graduate, you should: Have an interest in the role of science and technology in understanding and managing risks Enjoy solving analytical and technical problems Prioritize impactful outcomes and know when a job is done Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and in presentations Simplify and apply complex technical or scientific concepts for varied audiences Demonstrate a constant desire to learn new skills and concepts In Software Product Management, you will interact with many parts of the organization to onboard and enable our clients to leverage the value of our products. You will work alongside Product Managers to deliver products and features that will provide risk insights to the Insurance and Banking sectors and gather user feedback through their adoption journey to continuously improve the product offerings. As products and features are delivered on the roadmap, you will be an integral part in making these available for clients through the product lifecycle, driving the delivery of release communications, documentation, training content, and entitlement in collaboration with various internal teams. You will work closely with the Client Success and Sales teams to ensure clients are left with a positive first impression as they begin their onboarding journey. Required Qualifications: BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience Experience working with SaaS-based technologies Proficient with computer languages: HTML, JSON, T-SQL, Python Savvy putting together reference documents and presentations and collaborating using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively collaborating with other departments Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, react to changing priorities, meet deadlines and provide timely responses to internal and external customers For US-based roles only: the anticipated salary range for this position is $68,900.00 to $99,950.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.Moody's is an equal opportunity employer.
