What we offer: * Starting pay $24 to $32 per hour depending on experience and tenure at the company * Paid twice a month * Paid lunches and breaks * Benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance and company compensated life insurance * PTO * Paternal Leave * Free food monthly for birthdays * Holidays * Floating holidays * Vacation daysWhat you'll do: * Coordinate with the lead the Tooling engineer to refurbish and rebuild molds * Clean and maintain molds with preventative maintenance, including dissembling and reassembly to clean components * Must use tools and methods such as calipers, micrometers and indicators to troubleshoot or measure a mold and its components * Troubleshoot molds, replacing components and ensuring functionality * Troubleshoot electrical issues in the mold, mold controllers and hot runners. Must do some wiring and hot runner tips. * Set and remove injections molds from molding machines * Maintain inventory by tracking molds, parts and ordering supplies for the department * Update and maintain the EAM systemYou'll love it here if you: * If you are accurate and trustworthy with a positive attitude that embraces change and continuous improvement in a fast paced and dynamic environment * Like coordinating document repairs with colleagues and coordinating and documenting repairs with vendors and the subsequent transfer of off site maintenance * Like to work in and maintain a safe work environmentWhat you'll need to have: * High school diploma and preferred additional post-secondary education, a plus * Experience working on high cavitation hot runner molds.
