Description:

Job Description of Molding Technician: The Molding Machine Operator is in charge of inspecting all products on the machines assigned to him/her as well as maintaining parts that need to be cleaned, trimmed, sorted, and inspected before packaging. Duties and Responsibilities of Molding Technician: Inspect parts visually for defects Trim all parts that need to be trimmed Keep cell or line assign to him/her clean at all times Report all problems with the product to technicians or supervisor Follow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the supervisor immediately, as well as using 5s guidelines established for the department Perform all other duties as assigned Qualification & Requirements of Molding Technician: All hiring decisions are contingent on the selectee passing background check and drug screening. Must have High school graduate, GED or equivalent Must have 1 year of manufacturing experience Must have injection molding experience.
