Job Description Summary The Mold Setter is responsible for the installation, removal, and upkeep of the molds and mold components used in the manufacturing process of plastic parts. Responsibilities : Inspect molds and components for damage: Report damage to the Production Manager; repair minor damage and replace parts, as needed: Use overhead crane, tow motor, and various power tools to remove molds and components from machine: Clean molds and components and transport them to and from mold storage area: Install and replace hydraulic and water lines of each press as needed: Follow all safety rules: Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Requirements :Minimum high school diploma or equivalent:Must have own basic tools:Basic understanding of hydraulics and limit switches:Experience using basic hand and power tools:Injection molding experience a plus:Mold setting experience a plus:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the day What CRH Offers You : Highly competitive base pay : Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs : Group retirement savings program : Health and wellness programs : A diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
