Ensuring Chart’s Success… What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operates any one of various machines in order to perform a certain process to the material Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery Performs a variety of complicated tasks REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING: Knowledge of a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Ability to work under general supervision Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment Ability to complete formal training in area of specialty Ability to handle all 9 mold stations Wide degree of creativity and latitude Your Education Should Be… High School Education or GED preferred Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… INTERACTION: Works with leaderman/supervisor WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to work inside REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE SHOPS Safety Glasses Steel Toe Shoes Ear Plugs Gloves (when needed) Air Supplied Hood Tyvek Coveralls (optional) Sports Belt (optional) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Walking Standing Using hands Bending Lifting Your Professional Experience Should Be… 6 months or more in an Industrial/Manufacturing Environment Experience working with fiberglass Chart is an equal opportunity employer
