The role will be an initial 12-month contract and will provide you with the opportunity to work on high profile programmes, with many technological challenges. Model Based Systems Engineer Role Summary We have an exciting new contract opportunity based in Dorset as a Model Based Systems Engineer. The role will be an initial 12-month contract and will provide you with the opportunity to work on high profile programmes, with many technological challenges. Key Responsibilities Creation and delivery of architectural artefacts. Completion of ad-hoc architecture related project tasking. Stakeholder engagement workshops. Supporting the System Requirements and Design Teams. Providing guidance and mentoring to other engineers. Key skills & qualifications Experience developing architectures and models from a SOSA level into solution architectures and systems design. Experience in the use of two or more of the following frameworks: MODAF, NAF, Archi Mate and Sys ML. Experience with standard architectural modelling tools e. g. System Architect, Sparx EA, Moo D, CAMEO, Capella. Ability to communicate technically with Engineering teams and the customer. This role will require SC Clearance. What we're looking for in you Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-developed analytical/ problem solving/ decision making skills. Strong organisational skills who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Stakeholder management skills.
