*** $5000 Commitment Bonus! *** Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is looking for a Mobile Therapist/Behavioral Consultant who is responsible to design an individual plan to develop skills that give a child or adolescent the opportunity for learning and growing. The MT/BC is also responsible for assessment, program design, and monitoring the plan . Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) is a one-on-one program designed to transfer therapeutic skills to our clients, their families, teachers, and other caregivers. Common behaviors the BHRS program addresses include oppositional defiance, coping skills, difficult family interactions, and attention-deficit. Unique to the program is how it "wraps around" the client's needs, allowing for services to take place where and when it is most beneficial for the client . EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: The MT/BC must have a Masters Degree in a Human Service related field. Prior experience preferred. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25-50% of the time. Travel to assist with individuals attending required appointments or visits as needed 5-10% of the time.
