Job Description Miller Arbuckle, CAThis is an hourly positionPosition Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Miller in Mill department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:Shift operationMilling of correct productSupervision of 2 person crewEnsuring safe operationsEnforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing JSA'sMust have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAbility to manage a diverse teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationAssist in development of SOP's and Work InstructionsTrain new hiresCan work overtime each dayAll other duties assigned by managementQualificationsAbility work under pressure, well with othersGood attendanceMust have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures Respectful, positive attitudeStrong work ethicMust be self-motivatedMust possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skillsBilingual is a plusPhysical Requirements:This position requires walking or standing for extended periods of time. The positions requires working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels.
