Position Title: Mill HR Manager Pay Rate: 120,000 : 160,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Category/Shift: Salaried Full:Time Physical Location: Vicksburg Mill Highway 3 Vicksburg, MS 39156 The Job You Will Perform: : Serves as Lead Human Resources member of the mill and is an integral part of the Mills Lead Team and the containerboard Business Human Resource Team. : Provides functional coordination and direction of all human resources initiatives in the mill. : Supports approximately 350 employees in a unionized facility.: Responsible for the continuous improvement and measurement of the effectiveness of the mill human resources organization. : Creates staffing, selection, training and development plans to build teams that fully contribute to achieving business goals. : Fosters environment focused on alignment, engagement, and execution to accomplish key business objectives. : Educates and coaches management and others on company policies and work rules.: Champions leadership and people development processes. : Develops and ensures the implementation of an employee/labor relations strategy that incorporates best practices and creates change.
