The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of litigation experience and hold a degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science. Duties:Handle intellectual property (IP) litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to IP litigation.Attend and represent clients in court appearances and proceedings.Manage and communicate with internal and external clients and counsel. Requirements:2+ years of litigation experience.Strong legal writing skills.Willingness to travel for court appearances. Education:Degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the relevant state Bar. Skills:Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Effective communication skills.Ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.Knowledge of intellectual property laws and legal procedures.
