Washington State Bar admission is required.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial and insurance coverage matters.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Requirements:6-10 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation.Admission to the Washington State Bar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Washington State Bar.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
