The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on structured finance, securitization, and CLOs. They must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products in the field of structured finance.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:4-6 years of relevant experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs.Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.Experience in a big law firm setting is preferred.Strong academic background from a nationally recognized school.Must be licensed to practice law in MA.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.Skills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in legal research and drafting documents.Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
