Practice Area: Corporate - M&A, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Public MA Associate Attorney for their Boston office. Job Overview:The Mid-Level Public MA Associate Attorney will focus on MA transactions involving public companies, both on the sell-side and buy-side, and related securities laws. The ideal candidate should have general MA and transactional experience, outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required.
