The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of estate planning experience, focusing on advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. They will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, and ancillary documents, researching tax implications, and preparing client educational materials.Responsibilities:Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on estate planning matters.Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and ancillary documents.Research tax implications of planning techniques.Prepare client educational materials and summaries.Meet and communicate directly with clients to advance their estate planning goals.Handle estate and trust administration tasks.Requirements:3-6 years of experience in estate planning.License in good standing in Illinois.Experience with drafting and implementing sophisticated lifetime and testamentary planning strategies.Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner under minimal supervision.Effective communication skills and ability to deal directly with clients.A proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.License to practice law in Illinois.Skills:Proficiency in drafting wills, trusts, and ancillary documents.Strong research skills, particularly in tax implications of estate planning.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
