The ideal candidate should possess exceptional writing skills, the ability to independently manage cases, and hold a valid license to practice law in California. Duties:Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on matters related to complex business litigation and white collar criminal cases.Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist in the development and execution of case strategy.Conduct witness interviews, prepare deposition outlines, and assist in trial preparation.Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case management and client communication.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.Demonstrated interest or experience in white collar criminal matters and investigations.Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.Ability to effectively manage cases independently with minimal supervision.Excellent academic credentials with a track record of success.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills:Proficiency in legal research methods and tools.Case management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Negotiation and advocacy skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Team collaboration and communication.Familiarity with legal software and technology.
