This role involves reviewing and negotiating subcontracts and teaming agreements and litigating bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.Duties:Counsel clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations.Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents related to government contracts.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of government contracts experience.Experience counseling clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations.Experience reviewing and negotiating subcontracts and teaming agreements.Experience litigating bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.High level of academic achievement.JD degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Superb writing skills.Excellent drafting skills.Strong communication skills.Attention to detail.Analytical skills.Certifications:JD required.Benefits:Medical insurance.Dental insurance.Life insurance.Disability insurance.Voluntary insurance, including vision.401(k) plan.Paid time off.
