The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in consumer financial regulations, spanning state and federal payment and credit product laws, along with a deep understanding of unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices laws. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are imperative, reflecting the firm's unwavering dedication to client service. Additionally, experience with emerging platforms such as FinTech, mortgage lenders/services, and cryptocurrency is considered a valuable asset. Candidates must also maintain active membership in a local Bar in good standing.
