The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for trial experience. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills, along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service. Duties:Handle commercial litigation cases, including trial experience when necessary.Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions with strong legal writing skills.Proactively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.Demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense in legal practice.Manage multiple files and competing deadlines efficiently.Provide effective issue resolution and problem-solving.Collaborate with legal teams to ensure successful case outcomes. Requirements:2-4 years of litigation experience.Preference for trial experience.Strong legal writing skills.Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Effective communication skills.Ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Commitment to teamwork and client service. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Michigan. Skills:Litigation experience, preferably with trial experience.Legal writing proficiency.Business and entrepreneurial mindset.Effective communication and relationship management.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Efficient file management and deadline management.Commitment to teamwork and client service.
