You will work closely with the Head of Partner Marketing Operations, our Global Operations team, Partner Marketing Leadership and their global teams to identify efficiencies, best practices, automate, constantly measure productivity, and scale globally. You will serve as our business leader interface to AWS Finance to manage global programs budget and global headcount.This role requires a leader with solid analytical abilities, marketing processes skills, sound business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be data-driven and have a strong understanding of marketing KPIs.You will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will have a track record of operational efficiencies, as well as capabilities with budgeting systems, headcount tracking, and data visualization such as Tableau.Key job responsibilities- Lead global investment allocation of programs budget and headcount including our operations planning process (OP1 & OP2) to optimize lead flow outcomes- Measure, report, and automate productivity insights globally for programs budget and headcount- Identify global productivity best practices across programs budget and headcount- Lead monthly performance reviews, build reporting mechanisms, and provide insights for productivity variances globally- Collaborate with Finance monthly to ensure effective allocation and usage of programs budget and headcount- Ensure efficient allocation of programs budget ensuring all funds are forecasted and committedAbout the teamPartner Marketing has growth 50x+ in the last 3 years by collaborating and earning trust as we co-market with our partners. Our Operations team is building the global tools, processes, and analytics to fuel our on-going growth with partners and happy customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market.
