High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required.Duties:Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.Manage deal processes, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing activities.Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic legal advice and guidance throughout the MA process.Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal staff working on MA matters.Collaborate with other attorneys, partners, and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.Handle day-to-day demands and workflow requirements associated with MA transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis related to complex MA issues.Requirements:4-6 years of experience practicing law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.Strong MA skills, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal processes, and client relationships.High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Experience supervising and mentoring junior associates.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in California.Skills:Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents.Strong understanding of corporate and securities laws.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
