We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program. Position Summary: The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area by increasing total supply chain efficiencies for our suppliers and leading a team of front-line employees to merchandise a diverse portfolio of products to key retail accounts. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Collaborate with the sales and delivery staff to improve processes and drive productivity while maintaining the highest levels of customer service satisfaction Utilize lean management principles to assist with the training of all merchandisers with a focus on correct merchandising techniques, waste elimination, and Company policies and procedures Review and analyze daily route plans and work assignments to ensure proper work load distribution among all employees Utilize software system to track, support and re-route daily Merchandiser services Help prioritize work assignments for merchandisers to meet sales, delivery and customer demands Measure and utilize task data to provide fact-based feedback to retailers and employees when discussing overall performance Survey and monitor employee productivity and make recommendations for improvement Other projects or duties as assigned
