Applicant must possess extremely good people skills, communication skills, and maintain a professional appearance. In addition to monitoring and balancing the departments monetary transactions, job duties will include answering phones, appointment scheduling, and managing loaner agreements for service customers. As a central office for the service department, other miscellaneous duties are involved as needed.Hourly rate commensurate with experienceAvailability: 7:30 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday QUALIFICATIONS 2 years or more related experience and/or trainingDealership experience preferredExperience with ADP or CDK drive preferred OTHER Responsible cash handlingAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationBasic Microsoft Excel/Word skills*Excellent attention to detail*Must be a team player*Customer service skills*Time management*
