The Position We're looking for team members who possess a high value on customer service, relationship building, and have a sense of urgency with helping customers. The Menu Management Analyst will be required to assist end users with their ongoing menu changes within their restaurants. The MMA , will work closely with our Menu Management team and will be required to meet deadlines, be detail oriented, and a passion for helping others. The responsibilities of the MMA include but may not be limited to the following: Responsible for making changes to customer's database with respect to Menu Change Requests (Prices, Items, Discounts, Layouts, etc.) Responsible for processing inbound menu management requests, made via phone or email Responsible for communicating with customer effectively & efficiently Responsible for documenting all information in CRM/PSA tool of requests made by customers for tracking purposes Responsible for communicating brand wide changes to customers when information is received from Franchisor Seek out and/or accept ongoing learning opportunities Adapt to changing technologies, solutions, and duties at any time. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. The MMA will report directly to the Menu Management Supervisor and work closely with other MMAs . Success will be dependent on the individual's ability to learn technology that is used in the establishment, understand core restaurant menu operations, and have the ability to meet deadlines. Workflow will cycle and interruptions are normal, so this person must be able to juggle and adjust on the fly Requirements 2-year degree or equivalent experience in data entry, accounting, mathematics andor restaurant management experience including responsibilities for inventory management. Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and businesstechnology requirements Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Skills Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11) and Microsoft Office products.
