This role is for a mental health support worker, supporting one female in her 20’s with mental health problems and autism. This role is based in Frimley and is holding interviews ASAP to start at the end of January. Shifts are 3, 12-hour shifts per week 36 hours days or nights overtime is available. Rate starting from £11.00 – £ 13.00 per hour PAYE ONLY – all based on experience. Temporary to permanent opportunity. Holiday Allowance Training & Development and senior progression. Requirements as a Mental Health Support Worker. Previous experience working with mental health and complex needs. Happy to work 12-hour shifts and sometimes weekends. Great passion and empathy for challenging needs Must hold a UK driving license and access to a vehicle and can travel to Frimley. Enhanced adult's and child’s DBS on the update service – Adults can be considered. Responsibilities as a Mental Health Support Worker. To support the client’s emotional well-being. To assist with daily tasks such as activity plans and finance audits. Help promote student’s physical independence as well as emotional. Ensure all medical and health support is followed adequately. Keeping a safe environment within a social care environment To communicate with other staff members to carry out programs to ensure effective and emotional support.
