Mental Health Prevention and Wellbeing Officer-Worthing9am-5.30pm 37 hours per week Umbrella Rate: £17.41 per hour Are you a passionate, dedicated Mental Health Prevention and Wellbeing Officer looking for your next role 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Triage Officer to join the Children & Young Persons Services based in Worthing. The role: Supporting Service users in the community and those who have just left hospital. Working with working age service users in the mental health team WAHMSWorking alongside Social Workers in order to provide a more intensive service. Working in a fast paced environment. Providing Service Users with independence Working with third sector agencies ensuring cost effective resources are sought and to build a portfolio of services which can also support with mental health as a service to all customers. Dealing with backssments, support plans and reviews. Requirements: GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent Experience in a health and social care setting with adults with complex mental health conditions Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Resilient when in situations with applied pressure Knowledge of a variety of associated legislation, for example Care Act, Mental Capacity, Mental Health Act.
