Sol Recovery Community, Clinical Director Sol Recovery Community, Inc. is seeking a FT Clinical Director who is passionate about creating change in the addiction recovery and mental health world. Our program is driven by the 8 Dimensions of Wellness as a holistic approach to recovery with a goal to support clients in finding the essential life balance that will sustain long-term positive outcomes. The Clinical Director's priority will be ensuring evidence based, best practices are being implemented by the treatment team and that all interactions throughout the agency are trauma informed. www.sol-recovery.org Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Development and/or refinement of therapeutic programming Clinical supervision of the clinical team Oversight of admissions, assessments, and treatment plans Partner with clinical team in creating and implementing group service schedules Facilitate weekly treatment team staffing and clinical supervision meetings Review client records and documentation for quality assurance Sign off supervisee documentation Communicate regularly with Executive Director to discuss program or staffing concerns Hold clinical staff accountable for completing required documentation and training as assigned Participate in quality assurance and utilization reviews Create and lead a team focused on collaboration and respect Provide therapeutic services to your own client case load Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education/Experience: Master's Degree in Behavioral Science field is required Unrestricted license to practice in the state of Utah (LCSW preferred) Minimum of 2 years' experience in addiction services Experience working with substance abuse, addiction, mental health, dual diagnosis, and domestic violence populations Knowledge of ASAM criteria Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English Ability to navigate a web-based client management system and utilization Google and Microsoft Suites Certificates and Licenses: Unrestricted license to practice in Utah CPR/First Aid Benefits: Sol Recovery Community, Inc. offers a competitive benefits package which includes: Medical & Dental Insurance Options Short Term Disability (Employer Paid) Employee Assistance Program (Employer Paid) 11 Paid Holidays 3 Weeks PTO annually Starting Salary 75k Job Posted by ApplicantPro
