π©ββοΈ Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool Nurse - Asheville, NC π Location: Asheville, NC 28801 π΅ Salary: $30 - $44.50/hr + Shift Differentials π Opportunity: Seeking a Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool Nurse to provide exceptional care in Asheville, NC. Role and Responsibilities: π₯ Provide nursing care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care units. π Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. π Monitor patient conditions, adapting care plans to meet their evolving needs. π€ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes. π Educate patients and families, guiding them through treatment processes and healthcare management. Qualifications: π Bachelor's in Nursing required; Masterβs in Nursing preferred. π Current RN license in North Carolina; eNLC licensure applicable. β€οΈ Mandatory BLS certification; advanced certifications desired. π At least 2 years of acute care experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry settings. π Committed to enhancing health and wellness in the community.
