๐จ Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN) ๐ Location: Charleston, SC ๐ต Salary: $61,610 - $92,394 ๐ $15,000 Sign-On Bonus ๐ Join Our Team: Seeking dedicated RNs to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a diverse patient care setting. Role and Responsibilities: ๐ Shifts: Full-time Nights, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends ๐ฅ Deliver comprehensive care in a medical-surgical setting, managing various patient conditions. ๐ฉบ Perform patient assessments, manage care plans, administer medications, and ensure effective patient flow. ๐ Maintain accurate patient records and provide education and support to patients and families.
