Unit: 36-bed medical trauma unit. ✅ Role and Responsibilities: Deliver patient-focused nursing care in a medical trauma unit. Manage telemetry monitoring, ECG interpretation, and emergency responses. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate records. Engage in discharge planning and provide patient/family education.
