Medical Transcriptionist (Full-Time) SynergenX HealthWe at SynergenX Health are here to offer customized programs for everyone's health goals and needs, by treating both Men and Women for Hormone Replacement as well as Weight Loss.A Medical Transcriptionist is responsible for completing notes in the EHR System, from a provider's written delegation and instruction. This job will require up to 15 days of working at the Tomball Location of On the Job Training. After Training and demonstrated proficiency, this position can transfer to the ability to work from home (WFH) and make your own work schedule for what hours to work on each day. (Mon-Sat) All notes must be completed within 48hrs of receipt. Any time off must be requested and coordinate 30 days prior. Must be responsible and reliable, as this position has minimal direct oversight. Must be an effective communicator, to communicate with medical providers to ensure documentation is correct as transcribed.Having a background in the Medical Field is a plusTyping and computer skills are keyMust be disciplined and self-motivated Responsibilities: Complete EHR patient documentation notes, per written instructions per the providers request. Able to complete notes within 48hrs of receipt. Very good attention to small details. Communicates well with others, and receives guidance and input well from others. Strong work ethic. Qualifications: Must have High School diploma or GED. Easily able to adapt to fast-paced environment. Must be able to complete 2 full-weeks of training on-site then position will convert to remote Must be able to pass a Background check Preferred Medical Assistant from accredited school or prior experience in a medical setting.
