Job Title: 🌟 Join Our Team as a Medical Surgical RN 🌟 💰 Salary Range: $29.62 to $44.42 🚚 Relocation: $5,000 for distances over 250 miles, $2,500 for distances over 50 miles. 🌙 Shift Differentials: $4 for Nights, $3 for Weekends. 🎉 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Location: South Carolina Job Type: Full-Time, Nights, 12-Hour Shifts, Weekend Rotation Job Summary and Qualifications: As a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse at our Medical Center, you will play a pivotal role in patient care, working collaboratively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating treatment plans to achieve nursing department goals. Here's what you'll do in this role: Maintain overall accountability/responsibility for assigned patients. Efficiently manage the flow of patient care, from screening and preparation to providing general nursing care, comfort, and arranging admissions, testing, and discharges. Maintain and review patients' records, including posting test and examination results. Administer medications as per physician orders. Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment plans. Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when needed. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license. Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification is required. Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience is required.
