We are looking for an ambitious and energetic team member to join our team at Momentum Spine and Joint - Plano as a full-time, bilingual Medical Scheduler . Responsibilities: Inform and provide the patient with the necessary information and instructions prior to the procedure date Verifies if all authorizations have been obtained prior to scheduling procedures Follows-up and ensures all documentation is obtained Other duties as assigned Requirements: 1 year of experience in a medical office setting Bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish Must have reliable transportation for traveling Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM One Saturday a Month 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Please visit our website for additional information: momentumspine.com Job Posted by ApplicantPro
