Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Utica, NY As a Medical Receptionist , you will be: Responsible for asking questions to customers regarding the reasons for visit and collecting personal data. Responsible for assisting Medicare and health marketplace assistance resource centre deals with claims, hands on CPR, and providing nutritional classes. Responsible for making inbound/outbound calls for taking feedback. Responsible for entering data in system and coordinating with teams to direct. The ideal candidate will have : Experienced in customer service within healthcare domain preferred. A minimum of Associate degree or exp working in 50+ setup. Experienced in using Power BI preferred.
