Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual. Must be a team player, able to multi task, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be flexible to support the needs of our front office. Experience in medical office a plus (front desk, scheduling, medical records, phones, etc.). Job tasks include, but are not limited to, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, entering patient information, collecting/posting copays, scanning medical records, assigning records in EHR, etc. MUST have excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Front Office experience a plus • Excellent people skillsWe offer benefits including insurance, paid time off, 401K, Hours Mon-Thurs, 7:30am-4:30pm; Fri 7:30am-3:30pm.
