Arleo Eye Associates Ophthalmology practice has a full-time immediate opening for an organized, reliable, and professional person to join our clerical team! On-the-job training is provided! We're looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with people. Medical experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate would be able to: Multitask Have strong customer service skills as they will answer incoming calls Schedule patient appointments with the appropriate provider Check-in and check out patients Enter accurate patient demographics and insurance information/data Responsibilities: Must be able to float between our Auburn and Ithaca office Some Saturdays required Arleo Eye Associates offers full benefits; health insurance, vacation/sick time/personal time, and 401k.
