MEDICAL DIRECTOR Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a Medical Director to work for a growing healthcare organization in the Albany, NY area. This position is 100% on site.The successful candidate will oversee the Health Center's medical practice and oversee the quality of medical care provided, collaborate with stakeholders regarding design and delivery of services and programs. Requirements: Licensed Physician with expertise in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care. Private practice experience. Ability to work in tandem with the Practice Director (Administrative side) while managing the clinical side including supervising providers and setting medical policy. 50% patient care and 50% administration. Outgoing with willingness to build relationships in the community and mentor junior providers.
