Job Title : Medical Case Manager Location : Cottage Grove Armory, 8180 Belden Blvd., Cottage Grove, MN Schedule : 06:00-17:00, Monday through Friday Qualifications : Be a Registered nurse. Or Be a certified Social Worker, Former E7 42A or 68W MOS, or six years of Care Coordinator experience. Duties : Assembling and processing a total of 5,000 Mobility (MOB) packets for the soldiers. Manage the processing and documentation medical waivers. Managing documentation and administrative tasks associated with hearing tests, hearing protection, and hearing-related medical evaluations for soldiers. Powered by JazzHR
