It is home to the celebrated restaurants of Federal Hill.We are looking for a leader with a strategic vision who will work smart and guide WLNE-TV into the future. The right fit for this position will be an experienced and knowledgeable professional who is a driven advocate of local news and programming in our community through multiple platforms. In this position, you will: Develop and execute the stations strategic and financial plans. Achieve budgeted financial goals and grow the Stations revenue share and programming performance. Help increase the Stations viewing audience by serving the interests of the community. Protect the Stations license through disciplined adherence to FCC rules and regulations. Train, manage, and motivate all Station personnel. Be effective in leading department heads and staff. Promote teamwork within all areas of Station operations. Develop strong relationships with local clients. Manage Station relations with the community.Requirements: Preferred 10 Years of experience in a similar role in a TV station or a senior Television management role. Effective negotiator and motivator Outstanding leadership skills required.
