TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is looking for a Mechanical Technician for our Augusta/Grovetown GA location. Overall Purpose A Mechanical Tech is a vital part of the first line of defense to keep the assembly process running smoothly. May Report to Site Manager Responsibilities (To include but not limited to the following) Client Relationship & Business Development Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria Operations Reassemble machines and tractor equipment post-repairs, tests and make adjustments as required for continuous safe performance. Test different electrical components and wiring such as electrical circuits, with soldering equipment and test meters, to restore proper functioning. Keep detailed records of client details and calculate costs for repairs based on labor, parts used, and repairs made. Organization & M anagement Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication Demonstrated comfort level in interfacing with various levels of the customer's staff and management while working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills. Positive and adaptable to workflow changes. Technical MUST have demonstrated ability in reading and interpreting engineering, assembly drawings, blueprint readings, and mechanical knowledge of engines and axles. MUST have ability to diagnose non-conforming parts and ability to repair. MUST have strong experience in: Engine/axles repair, vehicles/engines/axles diagnose, and root cause / repair. Root Cause Corrective Analysis experience needed. Comprehension level knowledge of industrial equipment assembly processes. Comprehension level knowledge and understanding of inspection techniques and the use of the appropriate measuring tools, equipment, and gages. Operating level proficiency using computer software programs.
