DAY-TO-DAY As a Mechanic Supervisor, you work nights and organize the schedules of our night maintenance staff. You maintain positive working relationships with our production group and team members, while consistently administering company policies and procedures. You keep accurate records of the maintenance work performed and of our inventory.You're super creative, and you come up with new ideas and methods to improve our efficiencies all the time. You play a critical role in ensuring that our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our food production plant! QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of maintenance experience in food production or related industries Technical skills in mechanical and electrical repair Knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Basic computer skills Ability to make decisions quickly HOW TO APPLY So, what do you think?
