Key Responsibilities: Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and counting of microelectronic components. Utilize microscopes, x-ray tech, and chemicals to inspect components to industry standards. Analyze components and identify nonconformances based on manufacturer information. Adhere to guidelines and use hand tools for product handling. Manage material stocks, provide training, and maintain organized work areas. Use computer-based systems for data entry. Qualifications: This is an entry-level position. High school diploma or GED required. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle small components with precision. Occasional ladder use. Ability to discriminate colors.
