Responsibilities Will perform Material Handler functions as needed in accordance with required work instructions, such as forklift license and use of Warehouse scanners. Required to learn all duties in the Warehouse including receiving product from the trailers, and pulling shipments. Able to perform system transactions. Must be flexible and willing to work in different areas and on different tasks Able to safely operate a picker and a forklift Able to stand and walk for entire shift, without the need to sit down Comply with all the safety, quality, and procedure requirements. Will use RF scanner for transactions. Will train in picking orders in Warehouse with accuracy being a priority. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Must be able to operate a forklift. Strong oral and written communication skills Measurement/mathematical skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to use electronic information. Ability to work independently or on a team Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Education High School Diploma or GED Years of Experience Minimum of 6 months related work experience Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection.
