Master Project Scheduler (Multifamily Construction)

Description:
We are looking for a motivated Master Project Scheduler to join our growing team at Stoa Group. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for providing expertise in project controls, scheduling, and schedule analysis. They will ensure that projects are carried out within the project-specific timeframe. This position will be dedicated to supporting multi-family construction activities across several sites (Gulf Coast). The ideal candidate should be proficient in Primavera P6 & MS Project as well as have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ultimately, a successful Project Scheduler will develop, establish, and integrate comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project's lifecycle. Responsibilities: Developing and managing resource-loaded schedules in Primavera or Project Support project activities, tools, and phases of a project lifecycle Develop schedules around project WBS and scope Understand and incorporate logic into the schedule Incorporate resources and budgets/cost into the schedule Schedule Baseline management Develop milestone reporting schedule Analyze resources for workload management Forecast future resource requirements Support cash flow forecasting with schedule reports and forecast completion dates Incorporate agreed schedule changes into the schedule Distribution of schedule data and reports to the team Desired Qualifications & Experience: Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills across all organization levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including WORD, EXCEL, & PROJECT Proficiency in Primavera P6 Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under the pressure of deadlines and shifting priorities Ability to effectively communicate project details to all stakeholders Job Type: On-site | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Job Location: Pensacola, FL or Hammond, LA Why Join Stoa Group?
