YOUR SCHEDULE AS A MASTER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - AUTO SHOP FOREMAN This position is full-time and typically works 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday . YOUR DAY AS A MASTER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - AUTO SHOP FOREMAN Managing a team of 15 to 20 auto repair technicians, you provide guidance and direction to ensure smooth operations. As the technicians work on vehicles, you meticulously review and confirm their diagnostics. Your expertise is readily available to address any questions they may have. You also assist in creating estimates for the time required to complete repairs and provide clear and concise explanations of the repairs and diagnostics to our customers. After services are completed, you go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Your remarkable attention to detail is reflected in the tracking of labor and timesheets to ensure accuracy. You enjoy helping others and playing a crucial role in our organization's success! WHAT WE NEED FOR A MASTER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - AUTO SHOP FOREMAN 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) master level certification Experience servicing various automotive makes and models A state Inspector License as well as an emissions certification is preferred but not required.
