Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services to our clients, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massages, tailored to meet individual needs and preferences. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of massage techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massages with precision and care.Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment area, including sanitizing tools and workstations.Educate clients on proper post-massage care techniques and recommend appropriate products for maintenance.Uphold excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements: State Licensed (PA) Massage Therapist.Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage techniques.Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.Benefits: Competitive salary with opportunities for commission and tips.Flexible scheduling options.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Discounts on spa products and services.If you're passionate about helping clients achieve wellness and ready to showcase your skills in a dynamic spa environment, we want to hear from you!
