Complimentary childcare Responsibilities Communicate and service clients in a friendly and professional manner Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client during consultation Provide customized massage therapy services, through a variety of techniques that meet the clients’ needs based off consultation Offer exceptional customer service and educate clients with treatment plans detailing products, services and treatments that encourages client retention Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: Appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License Experience: Two-years massage experience in professional environment preferred Knowledge of body treatments preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics: Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to internal and external customers Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry Represent oneself professionally in dress, hair and make-up Continue to demonstrate technical ability of an exceptional caliber Maintain the cleanliness of the massage therapy rooms Powered by JazzHR
