We are searching for licensed therapists who are passionate about offering couples and families the support and strategies they need to overcome relationship struggles. Responsibilities include guiding patients through crises, diagnosing psychological disorders, highlighting problematic patterns that need to be changed, improving communication, and assisting patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors. You must be a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with at least 1-3 years of experience administering therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Responsibilities: • Utilize solution-focused therapy strategies to provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children• Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards• Engage in planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient• Participate in clinical team meetings on a weekly basis, and engage with community organizations• Test, interview, observe, and hold discussion sessions with individuals, significant others, and family members to conduct intake and needs assessments• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a variety of behavioral health concerns• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment goals and interventions• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed• Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical counseling and therapy techniques• Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with special education needs• Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to promote positive behavior change• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling• Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pediatric clients Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree• Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications • State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or equivalent• Must have 1-3 years of marriage and family therapy experience in a clinical settingExperience:• Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field• State licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist• Experience working with couples and families is strongly preferred• Strong understanding of family systems techniques and interventions• Experience with addictions and/or trauma-informed care a plus Compensation: $55,000 - $90,000 yearly About Company: Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits packageFlexible work hoursSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentBeautiful and comfortable therapy office spacesAccess to ongoing training and supervision
