The foundation of our customizable, cost-effective campaigns, is a direct approach to acquiring customers. With each new engagement, we train our team to properly represent each unique client so that we’re able to cultivate and build their brand in a way that attracts and retains customers on a national level. As our expansion into new markets progresses, we have an immediate opening for a creative, proactive professional to step into a Marketing Team Lead role and represent our growing client base. Upon joining, this person will be enrolled in our development program to ensure they are properly equipped to leverage our existing marketing models to help drive results for our clients. What you’ll do: Master the basics of customer psychology and best practices Communicate the value and benefits of our clients’ brands Support customer acquisition through various promotional channels Generate new customers with interactive product presentations Contribute creative feedback, insights, and ideas Collaborate with team to maximize profitability Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals with management staff Preferred qualifications: BA/BS degree in Communications and/or equivalent in customer-facing experience Proficient people skills and interpersonal capabilities Undeniable moral compass with strong sense of integrity Motivated by reaching full professional and personal potential Resourceful, innovative, and creative with solutions-oriented mentality Takes accountability and maintains a willingness to learn Organized, reliable, and detail oriented with a professional image Powered by JazzHR
